Investment Strategy & Structuring
We advise allocators of capital such as Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), foundations, and fund managers on how to maximize the impact of their resources. Alongside our clients, we co-create investment strategies; design impact programs and structure innovative financing vehicles; provide sourcing, screening, and due diligence for pipeline opportunities; support the integration of a gender lens across investment processes; and develop impact methodology and measurement.
Capacity-building & Portfolio Company Support
We support receivers of capital such as portfolio companies and impact-driven entrepreneurs to transform their businesses to deliver greater scale and impact, including through capacity-building and training; impact management and measurement; support with people practices and organizational structure; and integrating a gender strategy.
Landscaping & Insight Development
We partner with thought leaders like think tanks, research organizations and network organizations to explore key issues such as climate resilience and gender-lens investing and develop insights and tools that set global standards for impact investing. We develop whitepapers and strategic roadmaps, as well as sector toolkits and guides.
