Unified GrainPro's geographically-disbursed 180+ employees – from Washington DC to Manila to Mexico City to Nairobi – around their mission to improve the lives of smallholder farming families, through a series of creative and efficient employee engagement activities over 4 months.
Supported Phase Change Solution's interim CHRO in developing tools and processes for all 6 people practices, including: compensation bands for 15 different positions; interview questions and systems for better recruiting; onboarding materials; and operating principles – all in service of building a healthy culture for the company's rapidly-growing 45-person team.
Analyzed and re-designed the organizational structure, wrote job specifications including KPIs and skill requirements, and advised on overall HR practices for an impact investing fund based in Singapore and investing in Southeast Asia.
Built talent hiring plans for two Cartier Women's Initiative Award alumni winners – one in Pakistan and one in Shanghai – as well as developed job descriptions, interviewing techniques and sourcing strategies – through a series of focused workshops, templates and tools.
